You may choose a SOUND BATH which is an extremely relaxing event where participants are treated to an immersion in restorative and healing sounds that include Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, solfeggio tuning forks, koshi chimes, rain drums, soft rhythmic drums, meditative bells, soft vocal tones and silence. Unwind, relax and allow the beautiful resonant vibrations to calm the mind and allow your system experience a more theta state of inner still and relaxation.

You may choose to treat your staff to a beautiful GROUP GUIDED MEDITATON IN MINDFULNESS (optionally with Reiki), helping them truly embrace the present moment, retreat from from a busy mind, lower stress and bring about a greater sense of calm and peace

Indulge employees in a beautifully sacred COCAO CEREMONY, the ancient ceremonial drink known for its gentle heart opening and properties that aids relaxation and peace.
