An intimate, small capacity event where individuals are treated to an immersive experience in restorative and healing sounds that include Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, solfeggio tuning forks, koshi chimes, rain drums, meditative bells, gentle rhythms, soft vocal tones and contemplative silence.
Individuals make themselves comfortable on a yoga mat, with cozy blankets and cushions. For those needing more support, seating or alternative is available with prior notice.

Sound healing therapy is a safe, non intrusive healing modality, however I advise that anyone who fits into the below categories (due to the vibrational nature of sound) to select a Reiki or Bio Energy session instead.​​
​
1. Pregnant women in their first trimester
2. Those who have metal parts (knees/hip replacements)
3. Those with pace makers
4. Those recovering from recent Major Surgery - to allow for initial healing to take place

I'm honoured to have be invited collaborate on this amazing on this luxury day workshop-retreat, organised and hosted by the wonderful Catriona Curtis of Mindful Mind Clinic! Catriona is of course well known for her amazing therapies that focus on regulating the nervous system through breathwork, meditation and cold water therapy, but what blows me away is the pure energy with which she shares her work... she exudes such dedication, passion and grounds it in personal experience in how these therapies have helped her through difficult times in her life.

I am so thrilled to be contributing to this wonderful event by bringing attendees on a journey of relaxation, self-awareness, expansion and gentle healing through a very special SOUND BATH event and a lovely grounding GROUP REIKI MEDITATION.
