Reiki, Bio Energy Session or Sound Healing Therapy:
This is a typical stand alone session. Great as a maintenance session, or introduction to energy healing. A person' first energy healing session is a fantastic kick-start to a their system, although at times, someone's energy system can be slow to open up and fully respond with one session only and a further session(s) may be suggested.

SCHEDULED GROUP SOUND BATHS
A open-booking event where individuals book their space.
Participants are immersed in restorative and healing sounds that include Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, solfeggio tuning forks, koshi chimes, rain drums, soft rhythmic drums, meditative bells and silence. Unwind, relax and allow the beautiful resonant vibrations to calm the mind and allow your system experience a more theta state of inner still and relaxation.
